This Hacienda style Villa is located on Soi 3 inside the residential compound called Crystal View. Crystal View is located off Soi 116 in Hua Hin, Thailand, which is only 5 km south of the Hua Hin city centre and 1.5 km from the beach. Hua Hin is located approximately 250km south of Bangkok and it normally takes between 2.5-3 hours, by car, to get there.

The Villa is a 200 sq. meter one story, Hacienda style, house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Since 2022 it has been completely repainted on the inside and outside, the beautiful hardwood floors have been sanded and refinished, the patio area is new and the pool has been completely renovated with new plumbing and tiles.

The kitchen is an open style kitchen with most of the machines you need. It is fully equipped with an American style fridge/freezer with an ice machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a gas hood, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a hot water boiler, a toaster, a blender, a juice maker, and even air conditioning.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and a dryer, and plenty of space to fold clothes. There is also a good space for cleaning material in the laundry room.

The guest toilet is next to the kitchen and close to the dining and living room. It is very spacious and nice.

From the kitchen you will see the open floor plan which will put you in the centre of attention of everyone around the dining table or on the sofa in the living room. Of course there is a large flat screen TV in the living room. There are a total of two air-conditioning units in the living room.

In the Master bedroom you will find a 180x200cm bed. Top quality mattresses all around. There is an on suite bathroom with a large shower and a Jacuzzi bath tup. Two sinks, one for her and one for him.

The other two bedrooms also have a King size bed in each one of them. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a large shower and double sinks.

Needless to say, there is air-conditioning in every room. There is strong Wifi throughout the house and terrasse.

On the terrasse, you will find a pool table, a dining table and a nice sitting group.

This house really makes you feel “Home away from Home”
