Cannes Le Pradignac

This is a 47.5 square meter apartment with two bedrooms, a good size living room, a small kitchen, and a very nice bathroom. It is located in the Carre d’or, which means the Golden Square, the most vibrant area of La Banane, and less than a 2 minute walk to the Croisette beach and a 7 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals.

This apartment has nicely renovated and comfort in mind! The solid oak floors provides a warm and classy look. In the living room you will find a dining table, a nice L-shaped sofa with a nice coffee table. There is a large flat screen TV. Of course, there is wifi in the apartment.

The two bedrooms, even though not large, are inviting. I have bought top quality beds, as there is nothing more important when you are away from home than to get a good night’s sleep. The first bedroom has a 140×200 cm  bed, and the second bedroom has two 90x200cm beds. They can easily be put together to make a nice comfortable 180×200 cm King size bed. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.

The bathroom, is great! It is sizeable, with a nice large shower, plenty of storage space, a towel warmer and a washer and dryer.

The Kitchen, even though small, is charming and has everything you need to cook a meal at home. You will find a microwave, a Nespresso Coffee machine, a large fridge, a dishwasher, microwave and more!
